I'm Diederik, a folk/americana oriented multi-instrumentalist who lives for the music. I've been actively working as a musician for over 12 years playing 700+ shows and recording on hundreds of songs, making my own music as Aidan & the Wild and playing as a sideman in multiple bands. Recently been working on my own album with multi-platinum selling producer Chris Bond (Ben Howard, Xavier Rudd a.o.)

I built my own studio at the edge of town where I record almost every day, both as a producer and session musician and I'm eager to work on your songs!

As a songwriter myself I know how scary it can be to ask anyone to be involved in your music. Therefore I think it's really important to properly discuss your wishes before recording anything. I'll always put the spirit of the song in the first place, and I'm looking forward to help you!

What I can offer:

- 1 instrumental track on a song, tailored to your wishes, including one revision opportunity to fine-tune the track
- An arrangement of multiple instrumental parts, where I can help you think about the whole picture with a "producer" mindset. We can discuss what your song could use and make sure the parts are providing a balanced "whole". I ask 75 for each additional part after the first!

I use high end gear in a sound-proofed studio (box-in-a-box with a floating floor) so there is no enviromental bleed on the recordings.

I record through a Universal Audio Apollo Quad with Neve 1073 pre-amp plug-ins used in unison, using a range of high-end microphones, instruments and pedals/amps.
