Learn to Produce Pro Electronic Music in Ableton or FL Studio for $75

My name is Mark Evans (@iammarkevans), a Romanian electronic music producer and DJ based in Berlin, currently studying Electronic Music Production at the Catalyst – Institute for Creative Arts and Technology, with the goal of connecting with other artists and creating new opportunities.

My musical journey began at an early age. I started playing piano at 4, drums at 7, and guitar at 8. Over the years, I refined my skills and built my own recording studio, where I dedicate myself daily to producing music that inspires and influences others.

Electronic music has always been my passion, and I’ve made it my life’s mission to push boundaries and innovate within the genre. I’ve collaborated with record labels including Cat Music Romania (7.74M), where I have two officially signed tracks.

Through my lessons, I share not only technical knowledge but also the creative mindset and professional techniques used in today’s electronic music industry. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already producing, I’ll guide you step by step through Ableton Live or FL Studio, helping you master sound design, arrangement, mixing, and finishing your own tracks.
My teaching approach is personalized and hands-on — every student works on their own music, learns practical workflows, and receives constructive feedback after each session. My goal is to give you confidence in your creativity and help you achieve professional, industry-ready results. After 10 focused lessons, you’ll be able to create a complete track from scratch, applying all the tools and techniques we cover together!

- Technical and theoretical knowledge: From sound basics to microphone types, recording techniques, mixing consoles, DAWs, and plugin workflows.

- Hands-on DAW training: Learn Ableton Live or FL Studio in depth – every button, every plugin, every technique is explained and applied directly to your own music.

- (Optional) Presentations, slides, and documents: I provide rich materials including PDF books, slideshows, and handouts that we discuss and explore together in class.

- Creative coaching & feedback: Every student gets dedicated time to present their own tracks. We listen, give feedback, and discuss ways to improve creativity and workflow – including practical advice to unlock your musical potential.
