1:Jdrums knows how to pull out the best from the musicians he works with. He works with the artist to bring out the essence of the tune, whether it's through his mixes that can run in feel from big pop to folk, or the way he adds his drums - he plays and helps set the tone of a piece in multiples of styles and feels. He's also a funny guy.
2:Working with James Robinson (JDrums) was like having a producer and mentor in one. With his Hollywood experience (MTV era, Gwen Stefani, etc.), he produced my tracks and co-wrote Count Gilbert’s Dead Man’s Island, adding live drums/bass and guiding me through vocals and structure. We built an album and singles entirely online, and his professionalism, creativity, and teaching made the process inspiring.
