I starting writing songs at 12 years old. Published BMI songwriter. I am a former protege of the late Ed Townsend (writer/producer of "Let's Get It On"). Developed as a songwriter/producer under Cherritown Music/Ed Townsend Productions. Collaborated in and out of the studio with the late guitarist David Townsend of the R&B group Surface.

Live back-up keyboardist for the late soul singer Dee Dee Warwick.
Co-wrote with blues artist Lonnie Shields for his first single "Cheatin' Woman." A later version of that song titled "Cheatin' Woman Is Gone" is included on his first CD release entitled "Portrait" on Rooster Blues Records.

Also worked/performed with the Staple Singers, Nellie "Tiger" Travis, Philadelphia International songwriter Cynthia Biggs, etc.
