Phill began his musical career as a very young man. At only six years he starts playing the violin. The approach lasts only 1 year, then moves on to the guitar, in this way begins his adventure as a guitarist letting himself be influenced by artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Genesis, George Benson, Larry Carlton, etc.

At 16 he formed the first group called "Fuxia", at 22 he decided to leave for America, mother land where his grandmother Claire was born. Then, in 1986, he arrived in Boston where for 5 years he attended the prestigious "Berklee College of Music" having the opportunity to deepen the expressiveness of the musical language and to know artists such as: Pat Metheny, Mike Stern, Hiram Bullok, Yellowjackets, etc. ... letting yourself be pleasantly influenced by the jazz-fusion style.

After 5 years he returns to Italy and then begins his professional career playing with the greatest Italian artists. He is requested as a session manager by: Ramazzotti, Zucchero, Renato Zero, Giorgia, Patty Pravo, Loredana Bertè, Anna Oxa, Donatella Rettore, etc ...

He is currently the Artistic Director of the FSRecording Studio, a recording studio he owns and in which he works as a producer, arranger, musician and sound engineer.

He has created a series of new age CDs, and record productions on behalf of third parties, which are still in the operational phase. Imminent is the departure for the next tour with Donatella Rector with whom he collaborates since '90 boasting the record production and arrangements. From this year begins to imagine his future as a solo artist, giving birth to those musical productions that have remained in his personal baggage and that he feels he has matured.

"Being an artist is never enough, you have to live music in step with life to realize that it is the only thing we were born for."
