Manuel Trabucco obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Saxophone at the Conservatories of Ferrara and Pescara with a mark of 110 cum laude. In 2018 he graduated in Classical Saxophone with under the guidance of Maestro G. Semplicino at the Conservatorio “A. Casella” (L’Aquila).
He participated at the Umbria Jazz seminars in 2005, winning a scholarship for the Berklee College of Music in Boston; In 2009 he was chosen to represent Italy at the European Jazz School in Hessen (Germany). In 2012 also participated at the Pescara Jazz Workshop seminar winning a scholarship for the Columbia College of Chicago.
In 2013, with the Jazz Ensemble of the Conservatory of Pescara, he won the "National Conservatory Competition"; also winner with the Mof 5et of the "We Insist" competition promoted by the Midj association.
Has performed in numerous jazz clubs and festivals including: Pescara Jazz, Umbria Jazz, Mondello Jazz Festival, the Festival of Villa Celimontana, the Sherwood Festival, Rome Jazz Festival, Music on the Mouths (Santa Teresa di Gallura), NAMM Los Angeles, Berchidda Jazz, A-Trane (Berlin), Ex-Wide (Pisa), Alexanderplatz jazz club (Rome), Casa del Jazz (Rome), etc.
