Seasoned studio and live drummer with 20 years of experience. My goal is to provide the best part for your song focusing on time, sound and feel.
Hi, my name is Leonardo Rizzo and I am a freelance studio/live drummer. I have been drumming for different artists, bands and producers.
I record drum tracks at my own custom built state-of-the art facility. The room is treated with a great room sound, and features Universal Audio gear, Audient, SPL and Neve style preamps along with a selection of great mics (sE Electronics, Shure, Sennheiser, Rhode, etc).
I record 12-14 channels of drums working on the right sound for your song. Some of the mics utilized for recording include:
1. Kick In (Shure Beta52)
2. Kick Out (AKG D112/SeElectronics 44100/Solomon Mic)
3. Snare Top (sE V7/Shure SM57)
4. Snare Btm (Shure SM57)
5. Hat (Rode NT5)
6. Tom (Sennheiser e604)
7. Floor (Sennheiser e604)
8-9. Overheads (Rode NT4)
10-11. Stereo Rooms (Nude Blumlein Stereo Ribbon Mic/SeElectronics 44100)
12. Mono Room (RM700)
13. Knee Mic (RM700/Beyerdynamic M88)
All I need from you is an mp3 of your song with any instructions you might have, including:
- Music references (e.g. Albums, Songs, Artists, Drummers)
- BPM
- Music Stems (when available)
