I am originally from Guatemala City now living in Orlando Fl. I love to write and compose all kinds of music from classical scores to death metal instrumentals. I am currently an Audio Engineering Professor in the heart of Downtown Orlando, Fl. I Have been playing music since iI was 10 years old and recording since I was the age 13. I am in love with that i do and the people who help my dreams come true. As my good friend always said, "after silence, that which comes closest to expressing the inexpressible is music."

I started playing drums in the basement of my parents old home. I was fascinated with how bands would play these super intricate and amazing rhythms so I figured, "Hey, it can't be that hard!" That is when my music journey started. I quickly became one with the drum set and guitar. Having a traditional guitar helped me on songwriting and building my technique. In my high school years I was already writing my own songs and got my hands on a bass and piano. Fortunately, I had practiced my piano in my home as well as in my piano class at school. Having been turned down from the band department I always said to myself that if anyone could do it, it would have to be me. Since no one wanted to teach me how to record, i made it my goal to learn everything.

Having the experience of playing with "Treason To Witness", "Diverse City", "Gray Silent Sound", and "Dyspariah", I began to read books on engineering, the different techniques used, and the amazing people behind the scenes who master these amazing pieces. I became familiar with countless recording programs like Reaper, FL Studio, Sonar, Sony Acid Studio, and Garageband. Will all my research and knowledge, i quickly outgrew these programs and knew it was time to look for a mentor. I became involved with the schools' "Battle of the Bands" and the Orange County Public Schools' recording program at Orlando Tech. With some new knowledge and a cool certificate, i moved on to KDS Studios to learn more about what it takes to be a recording engineer.

The guys there finally had it after i showed up day after day for an apprenticeship . I spent a year and a half there working with "Rick Ross", "Paramore", "Marilyn Manson", "MTV's Teen Mom", and many others. I Learned everything from tape recording to Pro Tools recording software.

I now have my growing recording studio with all my tools for creativity. I teach the art and craft of recording and make songs for a living.
