Hi! I'm Görkem Onur Turan — a Berklee College of Music Associate Professor-trained, Steinberg-certified producer, mixing engineer, and award-winning composer with over 18 years of studio experience.
Throughout my career, I have worked on hundreds of songs as a session player, producer, and mixing engineer. I've been playing electric bass for over 25 years and have spent 18 years mastering the art of music production. As a multi-instrumentalist, I can elevate your tracks by recording keys, acoustic/electric/fretless guitar, electric/fretless bass, oud, or percussion.
On the compositional side, my piece "Fifth Season" was recently awarded the Gold Prize at the Schubert International Music Competition UK (2025, Season 4).
To back up my creative work with top-tier technical expertise, I completed a Steinberg-certified training program focused on mixing under the instruction of Bora Uslusoy, an Associate Professor at Berklee College of Music.
