Soulful Electric Bass Grooves — Brazilian Feel & Vintage Tone
Professional Remote Session Bassist | Funk • Soul • Pop • Brazilian Music
About My Sound
I'm Daniel Parente, a Brazilian bassist, guitarist, composer, and music producer with over a decade of recording and production experience.
My approach to bass playing is simple: serve the song, find the pocket, and make every note count.
Inspired by the musicality of James Jamerson, Joe Dart, Michael League, Luizão Maia, Paulo César Barros and Dunga, I focus on warm tones, expressive phrasing, rhythmic precision, and bass lines that complement the arrangement rather than compete with it.
Whether your track needs a deep, laid-back groove, a soulful melodic bass line, or a subtle Brazilian rhythmic feel, I'll bring musical intention and personality to your production.
