I studied Musicology, English and German Literature and graduated with a Master of Arts degree. This background has given me a broad perspective on music, particularly when it comes to lyrics, language and the relationship between music and words.

My work with artists in the US, UK, Spain, the Netherlands, Finland and Germany spans songwriting, arrangement, guitar, keyboards, programming, recording, production, mixing and creative development. I can contribute a single musical part, help develop an arrangement, or take a song from an early idea or demo through to a complete, release-ready production. My studio setup includes Cubase, PreSonus recording equipment and Yamaha monitoring, Native Instruments and iZotope software, a range of professional microphones, and a versatile collection of acoustic, classical and electric guitars, including PRS and Washburn instruments, together with Mesa/Boogie and Line 6 guitar rigs.

As I am a musician first, I approach production from the perspective of the song. My goal is to find the character and emotional identity of a piece and build the arrangement and production around it, rather than simply adding layers or applying a fixed production formula.

I play acoustic, classical and electric guitar and have a background in both studio and live performance. My musical work ranges from rock, pop-rock and folk to cinematic instrumental music, often incorporating elements of jazz and latin music. I have also worked with classical composers and on contemporary music projects.

Selected work includes releases through Monopol Records, production for other artists, the international New York project The Beatles Complete On Ukulele, and original music for stage and screen, including the score and sound design for the series Coronaville, distributed on Amazon Prime Video. I have also worked with composer of contemporary and classical music David P. Graham on musical and production projects.

My recent work includes an upcoming music-literature crossover project with Finnish singer-songwriter Juhana Iivonen, for which I am responsible for the creative curation, artwork and release/publishing side. The project is being mixed and mastered by Mikko Raita, music mixer for the 2025 Academy Award-winning film "Flow".

I’m particularly interested in working with artists and labels who want more than a pair of hands on a track but someone who can listen to the song, understand the bigger picture and contribute creatively to the finished record.
