He is currently the musical director for Neo-Soul artist Tamera LaShawn. Born in San-Bernardino, Chidike John Nwankwo wants to prove that big talent can come out of the Inland Empire and broadcast a good image on all the young talent that is not shown to light. Most of his work is done from his bedroom studio where he runs his business, ChikayMusic Enterprises. His foundation in music started as young as 4 years old when his parents started him with piano lessons. “At 5 years old he would take his toy guitar and pretend to play with the church band with all his heart and strength” says his mom. The foundation this teen has built will slowly shift the spotlight that LA has on its acts onto the Inland Empire scene.
