I've played guitar for almost 30 years now. (eesh, gettin' old) I love and play in the style of many areas of music including rock, blues, soul, funk, folk, metal - whatever the song calls for really. I have played in numerous bands, and have enjoyed home recording since I was 14. Though I am no jazz expert, improvisation is something I enjoy a great deal - and I am very adaptable to a variety of musical styles. I currently have 8 electric guitars - enough to cover a good range of tonal needs. I love acoustic guitar as well, and have a few - including a nice Martin I picked up in recent years. I also have a pedal steel guitar, an instrument that I love and am acquiring a competency for. No matter what the genre, I always enjoy serving the song.
(I do play other instruments too if interested - bass and drums, for example - but guitar is my strong suit)
