From this age until he was 15, he studied music at his local music teaching centre in his hometown with specific attention to Percussion and Music Theory. He then went the Music Conservatory of Valencia to study classical music and theory and graduated with a degree in Music and Percussion.
He continued focussing on drumming and percussion and played with bands and orchestras, one of which was a percussion group who won various awards including one in France. Paco’s true passion, however, was to play many different styles of music and in 1994 and 1995 he worked with a number of independent musicians. Between 1997 and 1998, he was the drummer and percussionist for the Orquesta Delicias and the Orquesta Maravillas in Spain.
He has been a drummer and session musician for many different styles of music, including Pop, Rock, Metal, Blues, Flamenco, Swing and Jazz. He currently plays with Jackson and The Voyd who mix alternative pop roc and new wave and whose first album is being produced by the prestigious producer, Paul Waller, who is recognised for his work with artists such as Eric Clapton, BB King, Jeff Beck, All Saints, Spice Girls, Take That and many more.
Paco also played with renowned blues, soul and jazz singer, Ruby Tiger, of the band, Ruby and the Revelators. They performed at a number of festivals in the UK including the 25th anniversary of Blues on the Farm and the Cambridge Rock Festival as well as the 100 Club in London and many more important venues.
