Music is life.

My musical journey has taken me all over the world and made me a pretty decent living. During that time I've learned that I need the music as much as it needs me.

All things percussive and rhythmic are what I consider my main instrument. I'm also a teacher, a producer and an engineer as well as a dabbler in all instruments. Some of those roles often border on being a life coach as well... either to myself or others or both. I've found spirituality through music... or, rather, it has found me. In this highly vibrational universe I find great joy in getting to know the vibrational essence of a song and playing directly to that... offering my vibrations, heard or felt. I've found that to be where I can allow the song to tell me what it needs and deliver something that truly supports the song regardless of style or genere or even my own musical preference. This applies fully, regardless of my role in the song.

I've been playing professionally, at various levels for over a quarter of a century. I've made many recordings and played with countless artists of varying styles and abilities. I've played for crowds of thousands and for an audience of one. For me the ONLY presence that ever matters is that of the song and it's true intentions along with that of the other musical contributors that are in on the creation of that moment.
