Based out of Asheville NC, I’m a guitarist and producer with a passion for creating music. I’ve played in rock bands. I’ve played in soul/blues bands. I’ve played in funk bands. I’ve played in a metal band. Recently I even had the opportunity to collaborate on a hip hop track. Creating great music is my passion and I believe that shows through in my work.
I’ve played gigs from small clubs to amphitheaters, and I’ve toured in a 5 piece rock group as well as part of a duo. I’ve played on television and I’ve played a show in a barn. I’ve recorded solo singer/songwriters as well as full bands. I’ve produced demos, and I’ve created music that ends up on Spotify, etc.
I always keep my playing tasteful and I always play to the song. I listen carefully, and I craft my parts with a focus on delivering exactly what the music needs. My playing is influenced by the greats, the likes of David Gilmour and Jimmy Page, but also by a host of modern players such as Steven Wilson, Claudio Sanchez, and Plini.
In addition to being a guitarist and producer, I have a background as a live sound tech, and as a salesman for musical instruments and pro audio equipment. I bring a lot to the table with my ears and experience.
