Graney started working as a professional singer at the age of 8 in the Los Angeles Children's Choir. He followed that up with various young musical theatre roles around Los Angeles until he left LA for New York City at age 17 to perform at the New York Theatre Workshop alongside Patrick Wilson, directed by Michael Grief in the original cast of Bright Lights Big City. From there he studied voice at Berklee College of Music. After that he found himself working more in touring and recording than theatre. After stints with Sony, Epic, Warner Brothers artists like The Wallflowers and Arctic Monkeys, he settled back in Los Angeles to focus more on composing, recording, and work for narrative media (film and theatre). He has sung commercials for brands like Autozone, MacDonalds, Bud Light, Google, Levi's, and more. He has sung demos for artists like Michael Bublé and Josh Groban. His compositions, songs, production work, and voice has been lent to shows like True Blood, Extreme Coorado, and films like Ain't Them Bodies Saints and Pete's Dragon. He recently composed score for the feature film Junction, directed by Bryan Greenberg, and the short film Fishmonger, directed by Neil Ferron.
