“Efrat is so much more than a singer-songwriter. Her possibilities

is a true talent!” Joe Pszonek – WMSC Montclair, NJ

EFRAT believes in the power of music to transform, to heal, and to create change and this shines through in her performances. The songs on her sophomore release, The Silver Lining, are a blend of many styles – including folk, jazz, pop, klezmer, swing, and blues. Their lyrics are a testament to finding strength during the trials of life and leaning on those around you for help. Onstage, she combines her lyrical talents with instrumentals that range from simple melodies to humongous soundscapes using her mixer and looper to create a symphony behind either her soaring violin melodies and improvisations or her yearning vocals…

Previously, Efrat was concertmaster for Olivia Newton John, recorded for pop icon Ashanti, and was part of the Broadway touring company of Oliver. Two songs from her premier CD, No Strings Attached ,were featured in the movie How To Seduce Difficult Women and her title song has garnered over 10 miillion Youtube views as part of the official trailer for the movie. Efrat's latest - The Silver Lining - is a mix of folk, jazz, pop, klezmer, swing and blues. It debuted at #14 on the Folk Charts and was played on the radio in over 10 countries and most of the USA -- a mix of folk, jazz, pop, klezmer, swing and blues.

Efrat also leads a jazz combo, an eclectic string quartet, and an eclectic acoustic pop trio that she records and performs with regularly. In addition she works regularly as a sideman and for-hire composer, arranger, performer, and teacher/lecturer.
