Songwriter - Don is a seasoned and published songwriter with high-level work both as a songwriter and as a songwriting educator and promoter.

Artist - On vocals, bass, acoustic guitar or piano, Don's favorite hat is that of a musician playing music. Years of club, concert, and session work with a wide variety of bands and artists and musical styles, both as a side-man and as a featured performer, have developed in Don a great balance between passion and of playing what best serves the song. Don is definitely a well-rounded and seasoned musician.

Music Industry Professional - Don put his music degree (B.S. University of Colorado, Denver) to good use as a Membership rep for Canada's CAPAC and SOCAN (performing rights organizations, the Canadian version of ASCAP and BMI). Working with songwriters and music publishers, this led to work as a Music Supervisor, Record Label Advisor, Artist Manager and Music Publisher. Also, Don was a founding partner along with Bob Ezrin (producer of Pink Floyd's "The Wall") in the creation of the Nimbus School of Recording Arts.

Educator - Don developed his teaching skills as a staff member at the Art Institute of Burnaby and Vancouver teaching Music Business, Business 101, Public Speaking, and Marketing, This has led to the creation and delivery of a wide range of seminars and workshops, including Songwriting, Video Production, and Marketing at the post-secondary level.

Entrepreneur - Don has been a small business owner for years, both within the music business and in the business world in general providing business consulting, web design, SEO, and strategic marketing.
