Hi!

My name is Dave Ormsby, I am a UK based session drummer and educator who has been playing both live and in the studio for the past 15 years. In that time I have built up a client list that includes multiple Grammy winning producers and artists around the world.

I mainly record out of my remote session studio at home but also regularly work at numerous other studios both in and out of the UK.

I regard myself very much as a song drummer and my main focus is always to find a drum part that works for the track above all else.

Myself and my studio have great support from various companies, including Remo Drumheads & Percussion, Cosmic Ears, Roland Electronics, Big Fat Snare Drum, Porter & Davies Tactile Monitoring.
