Chris Powers and Dan Graham are songwriters based in Geneva, Switzerland. The two met more than a decade ago while working for international organisations where they quickly formed a friendship and music partnership. They launched Throwback Music in 2017.

Throwback Music specializes in "retro-inspired" rock and pop rock. Though various collaborations, Chris and Dan are also writing and producing songs in pop/EDM, adult contemporary and Americana. They have worked with Ivor /Grammy winning writer Rob Davis (Kylie hit "Can't get you out of my head" and Mika) as well as multi-platinum writer/producer Paddy Byrne (Snakehips, Paloma Faith, Ella Eyre, Tom Grennan, Olly Murs) among others.

Throwback Music is writing and producing songs with emerging artists, as well as for sync in TV, movies, advertising and video games.

Chris and Dan are members of the Songwriting Academy, based in London, UK, where Dan is also a mentor and guest speaker providing songwriters and artists with expert advice on how to maximise results from their website and social media.
