I had the pleasure of working with Ghanaian Singer, Songwriter, Producer & Performer - Josh Blakk on two tracks on his Sophomore Album 'Catch-22'. On this particular song, I also got a chance to collaborate with a bunch of artistes and this was my first time working with over 10 artistes, songwriters and instrumentalists all in the same room. Working on this was an experience of a lifetime and it really stretched me as a songwriter beyond my comfort zone. On this track, I co-wrote the hook with MisterKay by simply creating a song that feels good but is actually centered on pain, separation and heartbreak. Similarly to 'Orange', we played around with relatively simple words accompanied by elevated melodies. focusing on throwing around random words in the room. I co-wrote this song and bits of Josh' verse. I also had a brief vocal at the end (singing the chorus).
