The Magic City Trio
The 2nd LP by the magic city trio. that carried on the blueprint set out on previous releases . Here is a review from Voix de grenoble
The MAGIC CITY TRIO S/t, LP, CD, Digital Kailua Recordings Imagine if we had summoned Lee Hazlewood to compose the soundtrack of an excellent spaghetti western, and that he had invited his singer friends to offer all the chromatic range of emotions that we are entitled to expect from a great film! Well, here's what you're entitled to on this "The Magic City Trio"! Because be careful this eponymous album is the 2nd of The Magic City Trio! I loved their 1st album, and their 10 in EP.

So it's an understatement to say that I expected a lot from this new album! To say that I was not disappointed is so far below reality. In truth I am in love... of this album! A little Mariachi here, a little pure Country there, Folk elsewhere, Tin Pan Alley not far away, just like the Great American Songbook... and the scents of Henri Mancini and John Barry too... The top level. And the high class!!!
