T/ruthless B/orders
This EP is my debut collection of songs. I wrote the songs and lyrics at the piano. My long-term colleague and good friend, Jen Hovorka, handled the production.
Many will relate to music being therapeutic, whether listening, playing, or writing. All of the songs' motives carry an ingrained experience of emotional tension with myself I did not want to carry on with. I wanted to capture the realm of going beyond the limit of an undesired state that's controlling my perception. A kind of stepping out of the shadows of my emotions. Reminding listeners of the inertia hiding in the self-reflection of our limits.
