Fuga de Capitales
FUGA DE CAPITALES is an album of "original" music composed by Irene Ruth, whose music encompasses a transversal language across genres such as rock, Argentine folklore, pop, contemporary music, and jazz. The work uses song as a vehicle for metaphors, and proposes an alternative itinerary in the ways of traversing the urban fabric of our daily lives: the experiences of time, space, and the intimate sense of things in tension with concrete and its adverse realities. Capital Flight is a sextet consisting of Irene Ruth on composition, keyboards, vocals, and arrangements, direction, and production.
