Tell Me How You Make the Sausage
My friend George lives with his wife about 6 hours away, so we share we each other ideas for songs remotely. When he sent me the lyric for Tell Me how you Make the Sausage and a rough demo that he cut using his old cassette recorder, well, first I had to find a used cassette recorder to play it and then I just pictured a tuba in it. I'm not sure why. I had this crazy idea to replace the bass with a tuba. Once I began arranging it this way, what was left to do was to send it to Andres, who I respectively call a wizard of ideas. I told him I wanted to try to have it lean towards a big band sound
