When the Doctor Dropped Dead on the Dancefloor
Loosely based on a true story.
When I was a boy, I remember hearing that the local family physician had a massive heart attack when he was attending an annual doctors Christmas party. I remember my father saying something to the effect that with all the doctors in one place and they still couldn't save him. My mom told me that he was the doctor who delivered my older siblings.
I used this as the basis for writing the song in 2023.
