A Romantic Interlude

By BILL BOYAN

A Romantic Interlude

Another old song I wrote back in the 1980's.

Recorded in 2020 and released on the Bottom of the Barrel album in 2021.
The room was dimly lit
I didn't mind a bit
and I held her little delicate hand in mine
The wine was nice and cold
at least 55 years old
and I knew romance was in the air this time

There were violins...

So, by my own lyric, I knew I had to find a phenomenal violin player. And I did.
