Struck
Struck is a pop track centered around connection, attraction, and the quiet tension of emotions that are felt but not fully spoken. The song plays with the space between confidence and vulnerability, capturing moments of hesitation, curiosity, and emotional pull.
I was involved as the artist and songwriter, and also co-produced the track by working directly with the multitracks, reshaping the arrangement and refining the overall flow of the song. A key element of the production is the vocal work, including a fully self-recorded choir built from multiple layers of my own voice, adding depth and movement to the track’s atmosphere.
The creative process focused on letting the vocals carry the emotion, keeping the production light but intentional, and allowing the song to breathe while still maintaining a strong pop sensibility.
