PROFNIMROD - Perennis
Inspiration This track is an exploration of "Organic Electronica." I wanted to bridge the gap between the structured grid of Melodic Techno/Synthwave and the expressiveness of Rock. "Perennis" is the result of that experiment.

Total Production: I performed all instrumentation, arrangement, mixing, and mastering.
Musical Narrative The song is structured to build tension and release. Without lyrics, the emotional weight is carried by the harmonic shifts in the key of Ebm. It transitions from a dark, brooding intro into an uplifting, anthemic climax driven by the guitar solo.
Creative Process
Arrangement: The foundation is a heavy, rolling bassline typical of modern electronic music. Over this, I layered clean, delayed guitar textures that eventually evolve into a driven lead tone.
Engineering: As the mixer and mastering engineer, my priority was separation. I used side-chain compression to keep the rhythm section tight, allowing the melodic elements to float on top. The mastering process focused on widening the stereo image to give the track a massive, immersive feel.
