Un altra te - Venti

Un altra te - Venti

I recorded the electric guitar in a professional studio, using an isolated booth to keep the amp tone clean and free from room reflections. I started by choosing a classic single-coil guitar for its crisp attack, then paired it with a tube amplifier set at moderate gain to keep the sound warm but articulate. The engineer placed a dynamic microphone close to the speaker cone, slightly off-axis to smooth out the high frequencies, and added a dynamic mic a bit farther back to capture the room’s natural depth.
We ran both signals through high-quality preamps, making small adjustments to avoid unwanted noise while preserving the natural bite of the performance. I recorded several takes, focusing on consistent picking, then double-tracked the main riff to give the mix a wider, more immersive feel. The controlled environment of the studio made it easy to fine-tune every nuance, from the amp’s EQ to the final gain staging, resulting in a guitar tone that feels polished yet still expressive.
