Thank you for booking! Please send the following through your AirGigs order page:

1. INSTRUMENTAL
Upload your final backing track as a WAV file, preferably 24-bit at 44.1 or 48 kHz. Include a count-in if vocals start immediately.

2. LYRICS & MELODY
Send your final lyrics, clearly labelled by section, plus a guide vocal demonstrating the melody and phrasing. A rough recording is fine. Include pronunciation guidance for unusual words or names.

3. TECHNICAL DETAILS
Provide the BPM, key, time signature and preferred sample rate. All audio files should start from the same point.

4. VOCAL DIRECTION
Describe the mood and delivery you want. Name up to two reference songs and explain what you like about their vocals.

5. ARRANGEMENT
Specify where you want doubles, harmonies and ad-libs, ideally with timestamps. Alternatively, I can suggest these within the package’s track allowance.

6. DEADLINE & USE
Confirm your deadline and whether the recording is for a demo, commercial release or another purpose. Use of my artist name or featured credit must be agreed in advance.

7. HARP, IF PURCHASED
Send the chords, sections requiring harp and any sheet music, MIDI or guide recording. Describe your preferred style.

Please confirm that your lyrics, melody, instrumental, key and tempo are final. Changes after recording begins may incur additional charges. New lyrics or lead melodies require a separate songwriting quote.

Recording begins once I have all necessary materials and we have agreed on the brief. Please submit revision requests as one consolidated list of timestamped notes per round.
