Reggae guitar: chops, picking/stuck line, lead - each for $87
Hello there! I've been a reggae guitar guy since 1982. I love playing chops, picking/ stuck line and lead in studio sessions and on stage. If you're looking for an old-school reggae guitarist, please check out my audio demos and a YouTube snippet from an underground music club concert (click on the "services" cap below and then on "audio"/ "video"). I'd play for you if we're a good fit!
My biggest sound influences are King Tubby, Studio One, Lee Scratch Perry, Toots and the Maytals, Scientist, The Meters (?!), Linton Kwesi Johnson, and many more. I've been lucky enough to open with 'Treasure Isle Band' for the legendary 'The Skatalites' from Jamaica, which was a real honor!
