Trumpet recording - solos, lines, tracking, jazz, pop and anything from Ronnie Scott's Quintet / Big Band of 20 years! for $150
I'm Freddie Gavita, a British Jazz Award-winning trumpet and flugelhorn player (Best Trumpet, 2017) and trumpet chair with the Ronnie Scott's Jazz Orchestra since 2007.
Recording credits include: trumpet on Hikaru Utada's Bad Mode (title track, produced by Sam Shepherd/Floating Points), a featured flugelhorn solo on Callum Au's "Fork Hen" from the album Sing Seven Seas (recorded entirely from my home studio), screen work including Roger Michell's Le Week-end and Downton Abbey, recordings with the Ronnie Scott's Club Quintet, and a range of remote sessions for the Audio Network production library. This mix of remote, session and library work means I'm comfortable delivering clean, reliable parts fast, on brief, and to spec.
What I bring to your track:
- Clean, confident written parts read straight off a chart
- Fully improvised jazz solos
- Muted and atmospheric textures for film/TV-style scoring
