Drums for Country Rock Blues Soul New Wave Folk Praise & Worship for $75

As a full-time live performance and session drummer with a home studio, I'm always set up and ready to record drum tracks for your songs in a variety of styles from Country, Rock, Blues, Soul, New Wave, Praise & Worship, Pop and more.

I have over 35 years of live and recording experience and have performed with many national artists including Charlie Daniels, Steve Cropper, Gary "US" Bonds, Dalton Dover, Travis Tritt, Randy Owen (Alabama), Tracy Lawrence, Rascal Flatts, Deana Carter and Michael Twitty along with many up and coming local and regional acts.

I bring my experience of many years working with a wide variety of styles along with a music education from Atlanta Institute of Music and Media to all the work that I do, from recording sessions, playing live and freelance work in audio production.

What you can expect from me;
- Open discussion about your needs for the song
- Drum track wave or mp3 files (10-15) for all takes
- Drums-only mixes for all takes with appropriate EQ, Reverb, etc.
- Reference mix
- My session notes that may be helpful in the mix phase
- Rough mix with my first take within 4 days
- 3 revisions as needed (complete retakes and/or punches and edits)
- Maximum song length is 6 minutes. If longer, we can discuss.

Once you are happy, I'll upload the raw individual drum track wave files, drums-only mix and notes. Then we can finalize the order.

My normal setup is to record the full kit with stereo overheads, kick in and out, top and bottom snare, toms, hi-hat, room mic and sometimes an over-the-kick mic that can be compressed and blended for a little something extra. Sometimes a mic through a guitar delay pedal as an effect track. Other mics can be set up as requested.

I use the following gear;
DW, Gretsch, 1965 Slingerland, Razorback and Pearl drum kits. Roland SPD-SX. DW, Ludwig, Slingerland, Gretsch, Pearl, Tama, Mapex and Razorback snare drums. Zildjian, Paiste, Sabian and Wuhan cymbals. API, Neve, AEA, Camden and Warm Audio pre-amps. API, Trident, DBX, Joe Meek and Warm Audio EQ's/compressors. Coles 4038, AKG 414, RE20, D112, Beyerdynamic M160 & M201, Telefunken M80, SM57, Fathead, 421, FET47, 12 Gauge, SM81, and Beta52 microphones. Misc percussion and noise makers; Congas, Tambourines, Shakers, Bicycle Bell, Roto-Toms, Bell set, Cowbells, Chimes, etc.
