Audio engineer, session vocalist, and music producer AMORI has officially released his latest standalone single, "2 Me," across all major digital streaming architectures. Engineered, arranged, and tracked natively within his own personally built Delaware studio facility, the track represents a vocal forward, self-produced modern R&B, combining dense background vocal arrangement with an infectious melodic top-line.
The arrangement of "2 Me" centers on a 102 BPM rhythmic framework, anchored by a hip-hop forward kick and toms that make you want to DANCE…, nice and slow. When production began on this song, AMORI wanted to create a melodic bed that allowed the mind to get lost. Drums to make the body move. & vocals to make the listener fall in love.
Refusing reliance on the new commercial R&B vocal approach, background vocal complexity was a big focus.
"The objective with '2 Me' was to inject raw emotion into technical excellence while respecting that Rnb sound," says AMORI. " I want Rnb to love deeply again.
