WE CAN PRESENT MRIDU MURALI RAVAM — A UNIQUE INDIAN FLUTE & MRIDANGAM CONCERT for $520
Mridu Murali Ravam is a specially curated live concert presentation featuring two lead artists — renowned artist Sri Kuzhalmannam Ramakrishnan on mridangam and versatile musician and renowned flute maestro Palakkad MuraliKrishnan on flute.
This is not a conventional flute accompaniment program. The musical identity of Mridu Murali Ravam is built around the interaction between two lead performers, bringing together expressive Indian flute and the depth, rhythmic artistry and dynamic character of mridangam.
The core Mridu Murali Ravam presentation features:
• Flute — Palakkad MuraliKrishnan
• Mridangam — Sri Kuzhalmannam Ramakrishnan
The base concert package starts at $520 (approximately ₹50,000).
Additional supporting instruments can be included when required to expand the musical colours and create a fuller concert presentation. Available additions may include Rhythm Pad, Keyboard, Guitar, Violin and other suitable instruments.
Each additional instrument is $85 (approximately ₹8,000).
A full-fledged expanded format can include Flute + Mridangam + Rhythm Pad + Keyboard, with further instruments added according to the artistic requirements of the event.
The program can be curated for cultural events, prestigious stage programs, private celebrations, temple and devotional programs, corporate and community events, wellness and spiritual gatherings, and other special occasions.
The repertoire and presentation can be adapted to the character of the event and may include Carnatic classical music, Indian classical and semi-classical music, devotional compositions, melodic instrumental presentations and selected Indian film music, depending on the program concept.
The combination of flute and mridangam provides a strong foundation for both traditional and contemporary Indian musical presentations, while additional instruments can be introduced when greater orchestral colour, atmosphere or rhythmic depth is desired.
Travel and transportation expenses are additional.
The venue must provide a suitable professional sound system. After booking, the venue sound engineer can coordinate with the AMV Music Studio sound engineer to finalize microphones, inputs, monitoring, stage requirements and other technical requirements.
For extended programs, larger ensembles or special production requirements, a custom offer can be arranged.
