Pop chord progression coaching wanted to improve songwriting on piano

I'm an amateur pop songwriter needing a wider chord progression vocabulary to take things to the next level. My instrument is piano and my writing style is 70-80s classic pop / AC ballads / standards. Lionel Richie's 'Hello' is the song I would most aspire to write. Elton John 'Don't Let The Sun Go Down' is another one.

While I can play piano OK, I don't know any covers and so I write mainly by ear through trial and error. Sure, I also know IV-V-I and a ... few other well-known progressions from reading about music and listening.

Therefore, I think the most appropriate coach is someone who has an excellent 70s-80s pop standards vocabulary and who can convey the info to me simply and quickly - a little bit of theory is OK, but I'm definitely not looking for theory lessons. E.g. I don't particularly want to know why a IVm7 is a great, bluesy way to return to the root. Simply being told what it is and shown how to deploy it, is what I want.

The budget below is fairly arbitrary. Let's discuss rates on a per-session basis. I think maybe 3-4 sessions should be enough at this stage, but we can see how it goes.
