High quality midi mockup for simple orchestral composition (4 month delivery time)

Hello, I'm seeking a multi-skilled freelancer who can transcribe a simple orchestral piece + do a midi mockup for it. Please note that the MIDI mockup has higher priority than the score itself. Having good orchestral vsts would be ideal. Its complexity is around youth orchestra level and the length is 18 minutes with lots of repeats.

You can have 4+ months to work on this. I will never rush you.
The freelancer I previously hired on another website ... showed me an audio sample which was no better than Sibelius stock instrument quality, and unfortunately, the hire was non-refundable. Therefore I'm on a very tight budget here, having to hire someone again for the same thing.

I'm very a reasonable person to work with and have never left a single bad review in my life (not even to the freelancer mentioned above).
Even if you miss the delivery and need more time, it's totally fine.

I hope the relaxed deadline can make up for the limited budget.
