Mixing/Mastering/Producing

I’m currently working on my 7th musical theatre recording, and this time I’m hoping to go beyond a demo quality production in the hopes of following in the footsteps of musicals like Evita, Tommy, or Six, that earned their stage productions via successful album releases. In order of importance, what I’m hoping to find is:

1. A mix/mastering engineer with experience releasing streamable-ready material in the musical theatre genre.
2. A produce ... r with ideas and second opinions regarding tweaks to tempos, tracks or parts of tracks that should be re-recorded, neat plugins to try, and all that type stuff.
3. A musician who can track keys and maybe live drums, though we might be able to get away with my piano tracks (I’m mostly a fretboard player) and my drum programming, but yeah, I may be looking to farm those instruments out if it’s just not good enough in the end …
4. And speaking of farming things out, I’m looking for someone who may know some singers. I have a moderate rolodex I’ve amassed myself from working on my past 6 musical demo projects, but if you have connections to hireable singers you’d recommend for any of these songs I would appreciate that. Diversity of voices can be helpful in the musical theatre genre. As the saying goes, “90% of producing is casting.”

Let me know your thoughts and rates. I’ll paste a link to some current mixdowns. The project itself is my crack at writing a comedic “bible-musical,” owing a lot to Monty Python’s Life of Brian, Godspell, and Book of Mormon. So that said, if you’re any kind of religious yourself, just know that I mean well, and my heart is in the right place … I think, lol. I’d probably start with track #14 or #15 since those are the more stand-alone “single” type songs …
