I need a full transcription (no new arrangement) of an existing audio recording of mine: a Moroccan Andalusian / Arabic piece, approx. [X] minutes long.

Deliverable: a full conductor’s score plus individual parts: lead vocal (with lyrics if possible), flute, oboe, violin 1, violin 2, cello, ney, oud, piano, bass and percussion. Chord symbols in American notation (e.g. Cm7, G7/B) above the score.

The music uses maqamat with quarter tones (R ... ast, Bayati, Sika…). Please notate them with quarter-tone accidentals (half-flat / half-sharp). Percussion (darbouka, tar, bendir) on a percussion staff with the main rhythm and variations. Write the ney, oud and violin ornaments where they are clearly audible.
