Need mixing + mastering for 6-song-ep by November 23

My name is Melody Zheir, and I'm an independent singer-songwriter based in Ontario. I'm looking for a mixing and mastering engineer for my upcoming six-song EP.

My sound is in the indie folk, indie pop and bedroom pop space, with intimate vocals, acoustic guitars, layered harmonies and atmospheric production. Some of my references are Lizzy McAlpine, Esha Tewari and Phoebe Bridgers.

I'm scheduled to finish recording between November 10, with ... all finalized stems ready around November 12. Ideally, I'd like to have the EP mixed and mastered by November 23, although I'd be open to discussing a realistic timeline.

I'm independently financing this project and working with a limited budget. My target is approximately $1,000 CAD total for all six songs, including mixing and mastering. I wanted to ask whether you would consider a discounted EP package at this budget.

I also wanted to ask:

Are you available to work on all six songs once the stems are ready?

Would you be able to accommodate the November 23 deadline?

Do you offer installment payments or milestone-based payments?

How many revisions are included?

Could you share examples of your work in indie folk, indie pop or singer-songwriter music?

Would you be open to mixing one song first as a paid trial, with that payment credited toward the full EP if we proceed?

I can provide rough mixes, production references and detailed notes for each song ahead of time.

I'm really prioritizing the quality and cohesiveness of this project, and I'd love to hear what might be possible within my budget.

Thank you for your time!

Best,
Melody Zheir
