need a high-quality 1:1 acoustic remake

I'm working on a German pop-rap project and need a high-quality 1:1 acoustic remake (Acoustic Guitar, Piano, subtle Percussion, sounds) of my original beat to use as a live performance backing track.

Track Details:
• Exact BPM: 115
• Link to the Beat:

• Reference-Songs (YouTube Links):

Strict Requirements:
1. 100% Grid Lock: The bar structure and arrangement must be 1:1 identical to my original track. No added bars, no skipped parts, no tempo drift. It must align perfectly with a DAW click track.
2. No AI Shortcuts: Real played acoustic instruments or high-end VSTs only.
3. Chord Extraction: I do not have a MIDI file, so please transcribe the chord progression directly by ear from the WAV file.
4. Delivery: Individual dry/wet WAV Stems (24-bit / 44.1 kHz) + Mastered Full Acoustic Mix.
5. Usage: Full commercial rights for live performances.
