Seeking Female Afrobeats / Afro-R&B Session Vocalist to Record Existing Demo

I'm an experienced UK-based music producer looking for a talented female session vocalist to record vocals for a contemporary Afrobeats / Afro-R&B track, combining modern African-inspired rhythms with smooth, melodic R&B vocals.

PLEASE NOTE: AirGigs does not currently offer Afrobeats as a selectable genre, so I've listed this project under R&B. However, this is specifically an Afrobeats / Afro-R&B production, and I'm looking for a female vo ... calist who is comfortable and experienced with this style.

The song is already written, arranged and produced, with a complete vocal demo available as a reference.

I'm looking for a vocalist who can reproduce the existing melody, phrasing, timing and overall feel as closely as possible, while bringing her own natural vocal tone and expression to the performance.

**Requirements:**
- Strong contemporary Afrobeats, Afro-R&B or R&B vocal style
- Smooth, expressive vocals with excellent pitch and timing
- Ability to closely follow an existing vocal reference
- Professional recording quality
- Ability to record harmonies, doubles and backing vocals

The priority is a natural, convincing performance that remains faithful to the original demo. I'm open to additional backing vocal ideas where they complement the production.

**Budget: $120 USD (fixed fee)**

The $120 fee covers the complete recording of one song, including:

- Lead vocals closely following the supplied demo
- Vocal doubles and harmonies already present in the demo
- Additional backing vocals where appropriate and agreed
- Clean, dry, professionally recorded vocal stems, supplied separately as WAV files
- Reasonable revisions to correct performance errors or deviations from the agreed reference
- Commercial usage rights for the recorded vocal performances, allowing the song to be released and monetised without additional session fees or royalties payable to the vocalist, unless separately agreed in writing

**Timeline:** All recordings to be completed and delivered within 3-5 days of starting the project.

Please include examples of your previous vocal work and confirm your availability and ability to meet the budget and turnaround time.

I'm happy to share the demo privately with suitable applicants.
