Female lead vocalist plus mix

Hi! I’m the creator and lyricist behind a music project called 6 MINUS ONE. I write the lyrics myself and use AI-assisted music production to turn my lyrics and creative direction into completed songs. I own the rights to the music and lyrics.

I’m interested in hearing what one of my songs sounds like with an actual human vocalist rather than an AI voice, so I’d like to start with one song as an experiment.

I’ve attac ... hed the current finished version of “Make Me the Villain” so you can hear exactly what I’ve created and the vocal performance I’m looking to replace. I do not have the instrumental version only.

I’d like to preserve the existing music, melody, timing, structure, and overall feel of the song as closely as possible, while allowing a real female rock/metal vocalist to bring her own emotion, character, grit, and natural phrasing to the performance. I’m not looking for an exact imitation of the AI vocal; I want to hear what a talented human vocalist can add to the song.

I should also be upfront that I’m a lyricist and creative director, not a singer or audio engineer. I don’t know how to take raw vocal stems and mix them into the music myself. So I’m looking for someone who can handle the entire process: record and produce the new vocals, edit/tune them as needed, mix them professionally into my existing instrumental, and master the completed track so what comes back to me is ready for commercial distribution.

The artist/project would remain 6 MINUS ONE, and I would absolutely credit the human vocalist appropriately for her performance. I’m not interested in representing myself as the person singing.

This is intentionally a one-song experiment to start. I have several songs I’ve written, but before doing anything larger, I want to hear what happens when one of them is given a real human voice.

Can you handle this project from the files I already have all the way through a finished, release-ready master? If so, please let me know what additional files you would need from me, what the finished deliverables would include, how you normally handle vocalist credit, and what the total cost would be.

Thank you!
Teri Busse
