looking for an experienced producer/arranger for original Spanish-language songs

I am DAVID GOMEZ , and we are looking for an experienced producer/arranger for original Spanish-language songs, primarily Contemporary Latin Pop / Adult Pop / Romantic Ballad.
We provide the original song, lyrics and creative direction. We are looking for full professional production: arrangement, instrumentation, programming/recording, mix and master, with a modern, emotional, organic and commercially competitive sound.
IMPORTANT: This project requires a ... 100% full buyout. Upon full payment, the producer must agree to exclusively assign 100% of the transferable economic rights arising from their commissioned production, arrangement, instrumentation and original contributions, worldwide and for the maximum duration permitted by law. No producer royalties, publishing participation, points, backend or future payments.
Our original lyrics/composition remain our property.
Final delivery should include Master WAV, Instrumental, Pre-Master, individual stems and, when available, MIDI and DAW project/session files.
All samples/loops must be properly licensed for unrestricted commercial use. No AI-generated final vocals.
We have several songs ready for production and are looking for producers for an ongoing professional relationship.
Please contact us only if you agree with the full-buyout structure.
