Modern Country Full Production: Reduced Upfront Fee + 50/50 Master Split

I am a lyrics-first songwriter with an extensive catalog of over 200 polished song lyrics. I am looking for a seasoned multi-instrumentalist producer to collaborate on a series of full-production, commercial-ready tracks.

To kick off this project, we will be starting with a single trial track in the modern Contemporary Country style. Think Luke Combs and Randy Houser. With potential for 10-song batches afterward.

I provide lyric sheets that ... are completely written and structurally organized, including standard verse-chorus set-up including a bridge. As well as creative tags from my catalog metadata.

What is being required is a complete, radio-ready Modern Country instrumental backing track (e.g. bass, acoustic/electric guitars, drums), a mixed lead vocal, (vocalist can be you or a session singer you work with), a final radio-ready stereo mix, and master file (.WAV format). Ideally finished within 14 days.

I am offering a hybrid deal for this track. A reduced upfront cash fee of $100 to cover your baseline tracking setup, a signed, legal 50/50 master use and composition split sheet granting you half the long-term equity, publishing, streaming, and sync royalties for the commercial asset.
