Recreate my AI instrumental

I only need the complete instrumental/backing track recreated. The final lead vocals will be recorded separately by a professional human singer afterwards.

The track is an emotional Hypertechno / Electronic track at 158 BPM in F minor, with some modern Hardstyle elements and a strong, emotional atmosphere.

I’ve attached two WAV files:

1. BIS VIER – Instrumental Reference
This should be your main reference for recrea ... ting the production.

2. BIS VIER – Full Song Reference with Vocal
This is only included so you can hear the intended song structure, vocal timing, transitions, dynamics and how the instrumental should work together with the vocal.

The current vocal is reference only and must not be used or recreated in the final production.

My goal is to have the instrumental recreated as close as technically possible to the existing version. I especially want to preserve the character of the:

- arrangement
- drums and kick
- bass sound
- synths and melodies
- Hardstyle elements
- builds and transitions
- drops
- breaks
- FX
- dynamics
- overall atmosphere and energy

I’m not looking for a creative reinterpretation of the track. I really like the existing production and would like the new human-made version to sound as close to it as reasonably possible.

Requirements:
- The service covers the complete recreation of the instrumental/backing track, without vocals.
- The Suno/AI version will be used only as a reference.
- No generative AI will be used during the production process.
- No Suno/AI-generated audio, stems, samples or other audio from the reference files will be used in the final production.
- The entire instrumental will be newly recreated from scratch using conventional production methods, instruments, synths, plugins, MIDI and/or properly licensed samples.
- I will receive the final stereo WAV of the completed instrumental.
- I will also receive the individual WAV stems for the production, for example drums, bass, synths, instruments and FX.

The individual stems are especially important to me because I will later record the final lead vocal with a real human singer and need the stems for the final vocal mix and production.

- If possible, I would also like to receive the MIDI files for the recreated musical parts.

I would also like to clarify the rights before ordering.

Could you please confirm that, after payment, I receive the exclusive commercial rights to the production you create for me, so that I can release, distribute, monetize, promote and perform the finished song worldwide?

Please also confirm that you do not require any producer royalties, publishing share, songwriting share or master ownership/participation for the recreated instrumental.

If you use any third-party samples, please also make sure that they are properly licensed for unrestricted commercial release and do not require any additional licensing or royalty payments from me.
