Custom soulful instrumental cover / backing track

I’m looking for a custom instrumental version of Maggie Rose’s “It’s You” to play at my wedding.
I’d like it to feel warm, soulful, romantic, and organic rather than like a standard karaoke track. I’m imagining piano/keys, tasteful electric guitar, bass, and drums/percussion, with a polished live-band feel.

I ... t does not need to sound exactly like that version, and I’m open to some creative interpretation. My main goal is for it to feel sophisticated and emotional, with real or very natural-sounding instrumentation.
I’d also prefer that the vocal melody not simply be played note-for-note by one instrument throughout. I’d like the arrangement to work naturally as an instrumental piece, using piano/guitar motifs and fills where appropriate.
The final track will be played through our DJ’s sound system at the wedding, so I’d need a finished, mixed and mastered WAV/MP3.

Could you also let me know:
- whether you can include real electric guitar
- whether I can hear a draft/mock-up before the final version
- the total price for arranging, recording, mixing, and mastering
