looking for a female vocalist for Brazilian Christian soul/gospel music project

I'm developing an original Brazilian Christian soul/gospel music project and I'm looking for a female vocalist to help create a unique vocal identity for it.

The vocal direction is: young-adult female voice, warm mid-range tone, naturally raspy texture, strong chest voice, emotional delivery, and clear neutral Brazilian Portuguese diction. I’m inspired by certain vocal qualities from artists such as Rita Springer, Taya Smith, P!nk, Paloma Faith and Kelly ... Clarkson — especially rasp, chest voice, emotional intensity, soulfulness and vocal personality — but I’m not looking for an imitation or clone of any specific artist.

For this first stage, I’m looking for dry vocal recordings: sung phrases, sustained notes, dynamic variations, and possibly short song sections in Brazilian Portuguese. No reverb, no backing vocals, and no instrumental track needed.

Previous experience singing in Brazilian Portuguese, gospel, soul, worship, pop-rock or similar emotional vocal styles is strongly preferred.

Budget: open to quotes. I’m looking for proposals based on the vocalist’s experience, the amount of material recorded, turnaround time, and the commercial/AI-assisted usage rights required for the project.

Timeline: ideally I’d like to start with a first test within 1–2 weeks, but I’m flexible for the right vocalist.

Important: I need full commercial usage rights and explicit permission to use the recorded material as part of an AI-assisted vocal/music production workflow for this project. I’m happy to discuss the scope, fee, and usage terms clearly before starting.
